To express Best, Number 1, most ……
Place “de” after the limit of that which is best followed by “ichiban”. If it is a group (among all the people) use “no naka de” after the limit that is best, and “ichiban” after the one that is best out of the group .

Here are some usage nuances and examples:
けっこうです kekkou desu I’m fine (Similar to “no thank you”)
This is said when offered something and you want to politely refuse.
